- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops for Skills Management, Internal Mobility, Career Development, and Talent Intelligence initiatives.
- Define and implement Skills Ontology, Attribute Libraries, Competency Frameworks, and Job Architecture models.
- Configure Job Profile Builder (JPB), Attributes Library, Skills Libraries, and Proficiency Frameworks.
- Design career frameworks, career pathways, and role readiness models.
- Drive best-practice adoption for skills-based workforce transformation initiatives.
