We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Scheduler to join our growing Project Delivery team. In this role, you'll work on some of Australia's most significant renewable energy projects, providing the planning and scheduling expertise that helps bring complex projects from concept through to successful delivery.

About The Role
As a Project Scheduler,
you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising project schedules across all phases of project delivery. Working closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams and contractors, you will provide critical planning, forecasting and reporting that supports informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
You'll monitor project performance against baseline schedules, identify risks and opportunities, conduct schedule analysis and help drive productive project execution across a range of renewable energy developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage project schedules across development, engineering, procurement, construction, regulatory and finance-related activities.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure schedules are aligned with project objectives and delivery strategies.
- Participate in regular project team meetings across multiple projects.
- Ensure all projects are scheduled and forecast using a consistent methodology.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules and support resource forecasting activities.
- Prepare spend curves and cashflow forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance against baseline schedules, conduct critical path analysis, identify schedule risks and opportunities, and report on variances, trends and forecast completion dates.
- Prepare and deliver schedule updates, metrics and reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support scenario analysis to assist project teams in evaluating cost, schedule, risk and delivery outcomes.
- Review contractor, consultant and vendor schedule submissions and incorporate relevant information into project schedules.
- Identify activities impacting the critical path and support mitigation, recovery or acceleration strategies where required.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of project planning and scheduling standards, processes and tools.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take pride in helping projects achieve successful delivery outcomes.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, planning or project controls.
- Experience in project planning and scheduling within the renewable energy industry, ideally across wind and/or solar projects.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and project scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and database applications.
- Ability to develop accurate forecasts, schedule analysis and project reporting.
- Professional certification through Oracle, PMI or similar project management organisations will be highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
