Enterprise IT Resources is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Officer for a 9-month contract in Sydney CBD. The role is onsite, paying 66 AUD per hour inclusive of super, and involves hands-on support across desktops, printers, tablets and mobile devices.

You will resolve incidents, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and maintain knowledge resources while delivering excellent customer service in a busy workplace.
