We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a technology delivery team.

This role would suit a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance, who can work closely with technical teams to improve Agile delivery and team performance.

The Role

You will support Agile delivery across software/technology teams, facilitating Scrum practices and helping teams deliver effectively and continuously improve.

Key responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Remove delivery blockers and support effective sprint delivery
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices
- Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies and impediments
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers and technical stakeholders




- Promote continuous improvement across team processes and ways of working
- Support solid software quality and testing practices
- Help teams identify and resolve delivery and process issues

About You

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments
- Experience in Software Testing / QA is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Experience working with technical delivery teams
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare experience is advantageous
