We are looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to join our Sydney team.

This is a hands on, client facing role suited to someone with solid SEO experience who is confident managing SEO campaigns while building strong relationships with their clients.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of SEO clients, combining technical and strategic SEO work with regular client communication. You’ll be expected to understand each client’s business, communicate performance clearly, present recommendations and proactively identify opportunities to improve results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and executing SEO strategies across your own portfolio of clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their SEO point of contact
- Leading regular client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, priorities and upcoming work
- Explaining SEO performance and recommendations clearly to clients without relying on overly technical language
- Proactively communicating campaign progress, challenges, opportunities and next steps
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and search opportunity analysis
- Performing technical and on page SEO audits and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing and executing SEO strategies aligned with client objectives
- Monitoring organic traffic, keyword visibility, conversions and other key performance indicators
- Using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO platforms to analyse campaign performance
- Identifying underperforming campaigns and developing clear recovery strategies and actions
- Providing recommendations across website structure, internal linking, content and technical SEO




- Working with content writers and developers to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented correctly
- Managing local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimisation
- Preparing and presenting meaningful SEO reporting, focusing on results, insights and actions rather than simply reporting numbers
- Managing your client deliverables and deadlines through ClickUp
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client results, retention and account growth
- Staying current with search engine developments, algorithm changes and evolving SEO practices

What We're Looking For

- Approximately two or more years of hands on SEO experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency environment
- Previous experience managing your own portfolio of SEO clients
- Confidence communicating directly with clients through meetings, email and campaign reporting
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on page SEO, content optimisation, keyword strategy and local SEO
- Experience independently managing multiple SEO campaigns and priorities
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience using industry SEO platforms and website auditing tools
- Ability to analyse SEO data and translate it into practical strategies and recommendations
- Strong understanding of how SEO contributes to leads, conversions and broader business objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence presenting results, recommendations and difficult performance updates to clients
- Ability to manage client expectations professionally and proactively
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management




- A proactive approach to identifying problems and taking ownership of solutions
- Commercial awareness and an ability to identify appropriate opportunities to grow existing client campaigns

Agency experience and previous responsibility for client relationships are highly regarded.
