EL1 Equivalent | $121,755 - $134,116 + Super

- 26 October 2026 - 30 June 2027 (with extension offered)
- 37.5 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday

Your new organisation Work for Australia's independent regulator for online safety and a global leader in addressing online harms. Work directly with frontline practitioners, domestic, family and sexual violence services, and victim-survivors to strengthen responses to technology-facilitated abuse and improve safety outcomes nationwide.

The service forms part of Australia's broader commitment to ending violence against women and children and plays a critical role in supporting the sector to respond to emerging online risks, coercive control, digital surveillance, online harassment and abuse.

Your new role

This is an chance to become one of the key relationship-builders and sector representatives for a nationally significant initiative addressing one of Australia's most complex and rapidly evolving social issues.

Operating across Australia, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with domestic, family and sexual violence organisations, peak bodies, advocacy groups, frontline services, government agencies and subject matter experts.

In this position, you will become a trusted connection point with organisations and stakeholders across the domestic, family and sexual violence sector. You'll engage with service providers, peak organisations, frontline practitioners, community groups, government stakeholders and subject matter experts across the country, helping ensure that the organisations services, resources and support offerings continue to meet the needs of the sector.

You'll spend time facilitating workshops with practitioners, leading stakeholder consultations, attending conferences and sector forums, presenting to senior leaders,



coordinating co-design activities and bringing together diverse stakeholders to solve complex challenges.

Just as importantly, you'll be the voice of the sector internally.

Key responsibilities

- Building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders across Australia
- Acting as the primary liaison between the organisation and domestic, family and sexual violence organisations
- Representing the service at conferences, forums, working groups, advisory committees and sector events
- Facilitating stakeholder consultations, workshops, co-design activities and partnership initiatives
- Promoting awareness, understanding and adoption of service offerings and resources
- Gathering sector intelligence and identifying emerging trends and issues
- Preparing stakeholder reports, consultation outcomes, briefing papers and presentations
- Contributing to strategic projects and initiatives designed to strengthen sector capability
- Supporting continuous improvement across resources, services and stakeholder engagement activities
- Working collaboratively with policy, operational and service delivery teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

For an experienced stakeholder engagement professional, it represents a rare opportunity to combine relationship management expertise with meaningful social impact. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you'll bring proven experience building and maintaining productive relationships across complex stakeholder environments.

You'll be comfortable engaging with senior leaders,



facilitating discussions with diverse audiences and navigating competing interests to achieve positive outcomes.

You will also demonstrate

- Experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, partnerships, consultation or community engagement roles
- A strong track record of building trusted relationships across government, community, not-for-profit or service delivery sectors
- Experience facilitating workshops, forums, consultations and stakeholder meetings
- Exceptional written communication skills, including report writing, briefing papers, presentations and stakeholder communications
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to identify themes, trends and opportunities from stakeholder feedback

Experience within the domestic, family and sexual violence sector, social services, community services, policy, advocacy, online safety or related environments will be highly regarded, although not essential.
