They will require to monitor patients in the Mental Health ward 12 hour shifts on a Permanent Pert-time basis. Patient Monitoring: Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in a secure setting.
Security Duties: Monitoring premises for unauthorized access and responding to security breaches. Order Maintenance: De-escalating challenging behaviors and maintaining order in patient care settings. Emergency Response: Responding swiftly to medical emergencies, fires, or other unforeseen situations.
Customer Service: Acting as a customer service ambassador for healthcare staff and clients.
