The role
- Manage your own client portfolio
- Review work prepared by junior accountants and give technical guidance
- Supervise, mentor and develop team members
- Help manage workflow, job allocation and deadlines
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts and individuals
About you
- Around 5+ years of Australian public practice experience (the firm is flexible for the right person)
- Some experience reviewing or mentoring junior staff
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge
- Confident with clients and a clear communicator
