Job Type: Part time Access Aged Care in Wanneroo is seeking an experienced RN or EN for a permanent part-time role, on-site in Residential Aged Care Homes. You will coordinate care, work with GPs and Specialists, and use digital tools to connect residents with clinicians.

This role offers autonomy and a focus on clinical decision-making with no night shifts or weekend work. We value seasoned nurses who can prioritise competing demands, assess situations, and deliver timely, high-quality resident care.
