Kelman Electrical is expanding and we’re looking for a senior A‑Grade Electrician who wants to be part of our team and bring their own experience, judgement and strengths into the business. You’ll take ownership of jobs and contribute to high‑quality outcomes across residential, commercial, maintenance, air‑conditioning, automation, solar and battery work.
Based at our new premises in Peel Business Park (Stake Hill), we’re a tight, professional team that values workmanship, reliability and people who place high value on the quality of the work they deliver.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work across a wide variety of electrical projects, with opportunities to step into a leadership‑focused position and contribute your expertise:
- Residential electrical
- Commercial & light industrial
- General maintenance, service work & fault‑finding
- Switchboard upgrades
- CCTV & security systems
- Air‑conditioning installations & servicing
- Automation systems
- Solar PV installations
- Battery installations
We’re looking for someone who communicates well, runs jobs confidently,
and takes responsibility for delivering high‑quality outcomes.

What You’ll Need, as a minimum
- WA A‑Grade Electrical Licence
- Solar Installer accreditation (highly desired)
- Or a genuine willingness to complete your solar ticket - we will support you
- Demonstrated experience in installation & maintenance
- Driver’s licence
- White Card
- Police clearance
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a safety‑first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A mature, responsible approach to leading jobs and contributing your expertise
