Expressions of interest are invited from ongoing and temporary employees within the NSW Public Sector who wish to be considered for this temporary role for a period up to 27 January 2027.
About the Role
You will join our Study NSW team within Investment NSW, helping shape the future of international education in New South Wales.
As the Senior Associate, Study NSW you'll collaborate on high-impact projects, partnerships and sector initiatives that support the growth and global reputation of NSW's international education sector. You'll work closely with government, education providers, industry and international partners to deliver strategic outcomes and unlock new opportunities for the state.
This is a fast-paced and highly cooperative role where you'll build influential relationships, solve complex challenges and deliver initiatives that make a real difference for students, institutions and the broader NSW economy.

We're Looking For
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes and work collaboratively across government, education, industry and international partners
- Project Delivery: Strong experience coordinating and delivering complex projects, partnerships or programs from planning through to execution, while balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines
- International Education Knowledge: Understanding of the international education sector and its key stakeholders, or the ability to quickly develop deep sector expertise and insights
