The City of Canada Bay Council seeks an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst to support Council's ICT systems with first-line technical support and excellent customer service.

Your duties include providing frontline support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, servers, networks and AV equipment, and handling incident management. The role covers multiple sites with occasional evening shifts to support meetings and updates.
