We are growing our Building Services team and looking for an experienced Senior BIM Designer | Structural (Sydney). You will bring 5 or more years of BIM experience in structural engineering, a high standard of Revit modelling, and the capability to contribute to projects across all stages from concept through to construction documentation. This is a role for someone who takes the quality of their model output seriously and wants to work in an setting that does the same.

What is your role?

You will collaborate with structural engineers and the broader design team to produce coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages. Using Revit, you will model structural systems including reinforced concrete,



steel framing, precast elements, and other load-bearing systems.

You will support project delivery from concept to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM standards. Your role will also include implementing and maintaining BIM workflows, contributing to digital coordination, supporting clash detection processes, and helping to improve digital delivery outcomes across projects.

About You

- You have 5 or more years of experience as a BIM Designer or Modeller in building structures, ideally within a structural engineering consulting environment.
- You are proficient in Revit and confident using it across all project stages. Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD or BIM 360 is a plus.
- You have a working familiarity with Australian Standards, the NCC and structural engineering systems as they relate to BIM modelling.
- You bring a strong eye for documentation quality,



design intent and model integrity, and you take personal ownership of the accuracy of your output.
- You communicate clearly and work closely with structural engineers, architects and clients, and you understand how BIM coordination fits into the wider project team.
