We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to work closely with our CFO and take ownership of key bookkeeping, month-end, compliance and financial reporting processes. This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 3 days per week, with flexibility around the days and hours for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own month-end processes and financial reconciliations

- Prepare monthly financial and management reports (BAS, PAYGW, Payroll Tax)

- Analyse budgets, forecasts and financial variances

- Process and reconcile weekly payroll

- Manage key compliance and statutory reconciliations

- Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting

- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making





- Assist with finance projects, process improvements and ad hoc CFO support

About You

- Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- Understanding of BAS, GST and statutory compliance requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
