About Our Client

Our client is a national leader in facilities services and is hiring a senior bid writer for their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across cleaning, security, maintenance and integrated facility services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, consultants, procurement teams and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop compelling tender responses while managing tender portals and procurement systems.
- Coordinate tender contributions from operational, finance, HR, compliance and executive stakeholders.
- Manage and continuously improve tender libraries, templates and supporting documentation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven success preparing and submitting winning tenders, proposals and capability statements.
- Exceptional written communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.




- Experience using CRM platforms, tender portals and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive, professional and results-driven approach.
