Senior Business Analysts – Regulatory Change & Transformation
6-Month Contract | Superannuation | Regulatory Programs
We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a high-profile regulatory transformation program within the superannuation sector.
This is an opportunity for someone who can take complex regulatory obligations, business discussions and risk considerations and turn them into clear requirements, practical process changes and decision-ready analysis.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, legal, technology and transformation, supporting regulatory implementation and business readiness across a fast-moving program environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, process impacts and control changes.
- Map current and future-state processes, dependencies and impacted stakeholders.
- Facilitate and support workshops, turning complex discussions into clear business analysis and artefacts.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and options analysis.
- Translate regulatory obligations into practical business, process and control changes.
- Maintain requirements, actions, assumptions and traceability throughout delivery.
- Support implementation planning, testing, readiness and regulatory documentation.
- Produce concise,
decision-ready materials for project and leadership audiences.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Business Analysis experience across regulatory change, risk, transformation or complex delivery programs.
- Experience working within superannuation Industry
- The ability to understand complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business impacts.
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills across business, risk, compliance, operations, legal and technology teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong eye for detail.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements traceability, business impact analysis or readiness planning.
Highly regarded:
- Experience with FSC-29, fraud and scam regulatory implementation, or comparable regulatory programs.
- Experience with risk frameworks, controls, policy interpretation or operating model change.
