Senior Business Analyst - Workday HR & Adaptive Planning

12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Our client is undertaking a large-scale people and business transformation initiative and are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the program team.

This role will suit a Senior Business Analyst with strong HR systems experience who enjoys working with complex organisational data, workforce planning processes and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Support initiatives relating to workforce structures, job frameworks and position management.
- Analyse workforce, organisational and financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to define future-state processes.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements, process maps and impact assessments.
- Collaborate closely with business, technology and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system enhancements,



process optimisation and implementation activities.

About You

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
- Solid exposure to HR systems, ideally Workday or a similar HCM platform.
- Experience working on HR, workforce management, people transformation or organisational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, organisational structures, job frameworks or position management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

Desirable Experience

- Exposure to workforce planning or budgeting tools.
- Experience working across HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Knowledge of organisational design, job architecture or workforce reporting.
- Background in large transformation or system implementation programs.
