Two initial three-month contract opportunities

We're currently seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to support several high-priority technology initiatives across our business.

About The Roles

These initial three-month engagements will take strategic technology initiatives from an identified business need through to an investment-ready recommendation for our leadership consideration.

Both roles require experienced Business Analysts who can independently lead discovery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, define requirements, assess options and develop clear business cases and implementation roadmaps.

The two opportunities have different areas of focus.

- Senior Business Analyst - Business Systems and Document Management This role will lead the discovery and assessment of TSA Riley's document-management capability and future-state requirements. You will work across service lines, corporate functions and regions (APAC & UK) to understand current processes, user needs, information flows and pain points. You will distinguish genuine business requirements from current-system limitations and develop an evidence-based recommendation for the future.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Leading stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements discovery
- Assessing current document-management processes and current platform usage
- Documenting current-state and future-state processes
- Defining functional, non-functional, security and integration requirements
- Assessing document-management technology and delivery options
- Evaluating costs, benefits, risks, implementation complexity and change impacts
- Developing an executive business case and recommended implementation roadmap





We're looking for someone with substantial Senior Business Analyst experience across enterprise applications, business processes and technology investment decisions. Experience with document management, enterprise content management, iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, information governance or technology procurement will be highly regarded. You will work closely with technology, security, risk, finance and business stakeholders to identify requirements, dependencies, risks and viable delivery options.
- Senior Technical Business Analyst - Microsoft, Infrastructure and Cyber This role will lead technical discovery and investment definition for two strategic initiatives:
- Consolidation of TSA Riley's UK and APAC Microsoft environments
- Assessment of TSA Riley's pathway to ISO 27001 certification, including the scope, cost, effort, risks and sequencing required to support an informed go/no-go investment decision

Key Responsibilities Include

- Documenting the current Microsoft technology environment across APAC and the UK
- Mapping identity, security, application, data and infrastructure dependencies
- Defining requirements for a consolidated Microsoft environment
- Assessing migration and integration options, costs, risks and sequencing
- Reviewing the existing ISO 27001 gap assessment and translating identified gaps into defined remediation workstreams
- Assessing the scope, cost, resource requirements, dependencies and organisational impact of progressing toward ISO 27001 certification
- Identifying ownership, governance, technology and resource requirements
- Developing costed implementation options and investment material
- Supporting an informed executive decision on whether,



when and how TSA Riley should proceed with ISO 27001
- Translating technical complexity into clear executive decision points

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with solid technology literacy across Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, identity, migration and cyber security. Experience / exposure with Microsoft tenant consolidation, Entra ID, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, ISO 27001, technology integration or post-acquisition environments will be highly regarded.

About You For either role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience independently leading discovery and requirements analysis
- Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience producing current-state and future-state assessments, process maps and structured requirements
- Experience developing options analyses, business cases and implementation roadmaps
- The ability to work effectively across business, technology and vendor stakeholders
- Strong written communication and executive-level presentation capability
- A structured and commercially minded approach
- The confidence to challenge assumptions and create clarity in ambiguous environments
- Availability for an initial three-month engagement

These are senior analysis roles focused on discovery, investment definition and executive decision support. They are not IT support, system administration, engineering, auditing or project coordination positions. Why TSA Riley?
