We’re Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager (SaaS)

Hitachi Digital Services and Katzion (a Hitachi Group company) is looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from breaking into net-new accounts to nurturing and expanding our most valuable client relationships.

? What You’ll Do:

- PRIMARY - The Hunt (New Business): Prospect, pitch, and close new logos. You will build a robust pipeline, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and navigate complex deal cycles with enterprise stakeholders.
- The Farm (Account Expansion): Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with existing clients. You will conduct strategic account reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities,



and partner with Customer Success to maximize retention and lifetime value.
- Market Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor in the market. You will gather competitive intelligence, refine our go-to-market strategies, and represent Hitachi Digital Services and Katzion at key industry events.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Proven SaaS Experience: 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Dual Skillset: Demonstrated success in both outbound hunting (cold calling, targeted outreach) and strategic account farming.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Process Driven: Deep expertise managing pipelines in one or more platforms/technologies (the more the merrier) ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot and utilising sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar).
