Details: Digital Canberra is seeking a Senior Citrix Technician to join our Endpoint User Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the ACT Government's Citrix virtual desktop and application delivery platforms across development, test and production environments. You will work with a broad range of technologies, contribute to platform improvements, troubleshoot complex technical issues and help deliver reliable digital services that support government agencies, schools, hospitals and other public services across the Territory.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in Citrix infrastructure, Windows desktop and server technologies, a passion for problem solving and a commitment to delivering quality customer service. Eligibility/Other Requirements:
This position requires a national security clearance at the baseline/ negative vetting 1 (NV1) level issued by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). As such,
the incumbent must be an Australian citizen, be willing to undergo the security clearance process, and have an ability to obtain and maintain the relevant clearance as a requirement of continuing employment.
