Our client is a well-established financial services organisation operating within the superannuation sector. They are seeking a Change Manager who is agile and comes with a business mindset and applies the correct tools. The Change manager will be leading change management and communication efforts for a large Transformation Program and partner with stakeholders to transform risk practices and culture.

This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive change management and communications strategy, engaging stakeholders, assessing change impacts, and driving adoption and readiness for the program to achieve its target state.

Experience:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional services organisation or professional customer services.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior change manager, leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience in cultural and organisational change programs.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
