About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Estimator with a robust background in Civil Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete (FRP) works to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale civil infrastructure projects, contributing your expertise to deliver accurate and competitive tenders.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for FRP works, including materials, labour, and equipment.

- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop accurate tenders.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Identify risks and opportunities within tender submissions and provide innovative solutions.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and industry standards.

- Mentor and guide junior estimators to foster team growth and development.





- Prepare detailed construction programmes to support estimating and tender submissions.

- Provide detailed cost breakdowns and support project cost tracking following award.

About you

- Minimum 10 years' experience in civil estimating, including extensive experience estimating Civil Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete (FRP) works.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess tender risk, opportunities, subcontractor pricing and project margins.

- Proven track record in tendering for large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
