Zeta Global in Australia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts, drive retention, and expand revenue. You will partner with Professional Services, Support and Product teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and client goals are met.

The role requires at least 5 years in client services within digital marketing or advertising, solid communication and data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel monthly to Sydney.
