We’re looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant with 2 years of industry experience to join our growing occupational rehab team in Townsville . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those recovering from injury or illness. The Role: Assist injured individuals in their recovery journey, facilitating their return to work and life. Deliver a variety of assessments and case management services across diverse client portfolios. Use your clinical expertise to help clients achieve pre-injury or new employment goals. Build strong relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes. About You: We’re seeking someone who: Holds qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant registration/accreditation). Has 2 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation (preferred). Demonstrates excellent communication, time management,



and problem-solving skills. Is honest, accountable, and thrives as part of a cooperative team. Is committed to personal and professional growth, with a continuous improvement mindset.
