About your opportunity: In this position you will * Effectively manage self, and in collaboration with Nurse Educators and other Nurse Unit Managers / Clinical Nurse Consultants, develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities. * Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the understanding, application, analysis and interpretation of professional clinical and management knowledge and experience to provide sound advice. * Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing clear plans, timelines and specific activities. * Provide effective communication, consultation,



and negotiation throughout the service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders in the coordination of patient care. * Use information systems and incorporate data to identify trends and facilitate patient flow across the service.
