We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a busy and high-performing 4-chair dental practice. This is a leadership role overseeing a team of approximately 10 staff and working alongside 6 Dentists across a busy 4-chair practice. The practice provides a mix of general and cosmetic dentistry and operates in a fast-paced environment. This is a great chance to join an established dental practice backed by a large national network, while working closely with a local team and high-performing Dentists. About the Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, including: Leading and supporting a team of approximately 8-10 staff Managing daily operations,



workflow and rostering Supporting Dentists and the wider clinical team Managing staff performance and day-to-day issues Maintaining a high level of patient service Ensuring the practice runs efficiently and effectively About You We are looking for a strong leader with previous Practice Management experience. Dental experience is highly desirable, although experienced Practice Managers from other healthcare environments will also be considered.
