Lead construction projects from site to handover A respected construction and strata business is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of projects from commencement through to completion. This is a hands-on, autonomous role for a highly organised supervisor who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality outcomes, keeping projects on programme and building trusted relationships with clients, trades and internal stakeholders. You will manage multiple jobs at varying stages, ensuring works are completed to scope, budget, quality and agreed timeframes. What you’ll be doing •Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial projects from handover to completion •Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to maintain project momentum •Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, safety and programme adherence •Review scopes, plans, estimates and variations, identifying risks and escalating issues early •Prepare and maintain project programmes, job updates, progress records and supporting documentation •Monitor project costs, budgets, invoices and expected margins •Attend initial client meetings, provide clear updates and deliver a qualified customer experience throughout the repair process •Work closely with estimators, project teams, assessors and trade partners to achieve successful project outcomes •Ensure all works are supported by the appropriate purchase orders and that completed work is verified before invoices are approved •Drive compliance with WHS requirements, including SWMS, site inductions,



incident reporting and appropriate controls for high-risk work About you You are a practical, solutions-focused construction professional who is confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments and set high standards for safety, quality and service.
