At Theodore Multipurpose Health Service, you'll be part of a small, 10-bed facility providing a broad mix of emergency, inpatient, outpatient, residential aged care and telehealth services. About the role: * Support patient care and comfort by assisting with basic patient care and responding to individual dietary needs, preferences and clinical requirements. * Deliver high standards of cleaning and hygiene across the health service and staff accommodation, following relevant policies, procedures and safety standards. * Provide catering and laundry services, including meal preparation, safe food handling and operation of laundry equipment and chemicals. * Maintain the facility and grounds, including gardening, waste management, fleet vehicles, equipment and preventative maintenance requirements. About you: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, patients and consumers. * A team-focused approach,



with the ability to work effectively across a multi-skilled team while maintaining a strong customer service focus. * Good self-management skills, including the ability to organise, prioritise and manage time effectively with minimal supervision. * Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to day-to-day operational needs. * A Food Safety qualification is desirable but not mandatory. What we offer: * An hourly rate between $41.43 - $44.20 p.h.
