As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotel’s operational excellence, commercial performance, guest experience, and team culture. Working closely with the asset ownership group and Accor’s regional leadership, you will provide strategic direction across all hotel functions, inspire and develop a diverse team of Heartists, and ensure the delivery of strong financial results while bringing the Mövenpick brand values to life.
