ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership across the secure and efficient day-to-day operation of the orchard. You'll coordinate people and field activities, support horticultural and machinery programs and act as a key point of leadership on farm, including stepping up when the Farm Manager is away . DUTIES Coordinate daily field activities, work priorities and staff allocation Lead toolbox meetings and reinforce safe work practices across the site Support irrigation, nutrition, horticultural, machinery and harvest programs Monitor orchard conditions, field activities, hazards and operational progress Coordinate contractor and labour-hire inductions, training and compliance Assist with time and attendance approvals, purchase orders and stocktakes Work with the Maintenance Manager on machinery use and preventative maintenance BENEFITS $90,000–$95,000 super incentive Work vehicle fuel & Relocation assistance 38-hour Monday–Friday week Extra hours at peak times with flexibility and time off afterwards Training and development Pathways towards farm management Supportive management team on a Large-scale horticultural operation SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3–5 years' experience in farming or horticultural operations Sound knowledge of irrigation, nutrition, fertiliser,
