The West Moreton Nursing and Midwifery Resource Team (NMRT) have a specialised training prospect for Registered Nurses to upskill and participate in the Transition to Acute Care Practice Program. About the role * Accept a 0.63 - 0.84 FTE 6 month temporary contract within the Nursing and Midwifery Resource Team. * Meet program expectations outlined below: * Completion of ieMR PowerChart and MAR training * 100% completion Mandatory Training. * Completion of Pre-Program Self-Assessment to measure the confidence | knowledge | skills of staff before commencement of the program. * Commencement and completion of the State-wide Acute Care Transition Program (TSP). * Attendance to the NMRT Clinical Skills Workshop. * Successful completion of Clinical Performance Assessment Tool Subsequent education professional development growth plans * Completion of workbook assessment and clinical reflection * Completion of Post-Program Self-Assessment to measure the confidence | knowledge | skills of staff on completion of the program.
