We’re looking for an experienced career Paralegal who genuinely enjoys Wills & Estates work and wants to build a long term career as a trusted senior support professional. Based in Camberwell, you’ll join an established multidisciplinary professional services firm and work closely with its legal team across estate planning, wills & estates. This is an autonomous role where you’ll be trusted to manage workflow, take ownership of matters and provide support across the broader team. The role Depending on your experience, you’ll assist with: Estate planning and preparation of relevant documentation Wills and Powers of Attorney Probate and deceased estate matters Drafting documents and correspondence Managing files and workflows Liaising directly with clients and external stakeholders Assisting with pricing, billing and matter administration Supporting related property and commercial matters where required Delegating appropriate work to junior support staff About you We’re looking for someone with solid experience in Wills & Estates who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of their workload. Importantly, this position is best suited to someone who sees Paralegal work as their career , rather than someone seeking a pathway into a Lawyer position.
