About the role: Working closely with the Partner , you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters , including: Property acquisitions and disposals. Commercial and industrial developments. Complex leasing transactions. Due diligence and property structuring. Development, joint venture and related commercial arrangements. The ideal candidate: Admitted lawyer with experience in commercial property/real estate. Robust drafting, communication and client management skills.
