Cotton On seeks a commercially driven Buying Manager to lead the Menswear category (Denim, Pants, Shorts, Shirts & Jackets). You will own the end-to-end buying strategy, build ranges balancing fashion and volume, and drive sales, margin and brand relevance across categories.

You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with Planning, Design, Production, Marketing and Digital to deliver cohesive product outcomes.
