Senior Analyst — Investment Transformation | Contract to June 2027

Our client, a major financial services organisation in Sydney, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Investment Transformation team on a contract basis through to June 2027.

About the role

This role plays a key part in delivering business transformation and strategic change across the Investments division. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Investments, Operations, Product and Asset Management to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of investment processes, operating models and asset restructures.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and support delivery of investment transformation and strategic change initiatives
- Coordinate asset restructures, investment restructures, fund transitions and operating model changes
- Analyse business requirements, target operating models and investment processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop implementation plans, business requirements documentation and supporting artefacts
- Support business readiness, testing, impact assessments and implementation activities
- Coordinate internal and external service providers, including custodians, administrators,



registries and technology partners
- Identify, assess and manage implementation risks and issues
- Build solid stakeholder relationships across the business

About you

- 5+ years' experience in investment operations, funds management, superannuation, asset management, investment implementation or business transformation
- Strong understanding of investment structures and operating models within super or wealth management
- Experience in business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation and testing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel; experience with HiPort and Unison highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline; CPA/CA advantageous
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and work independently

Contract details

- Day rate: $570–670 incl. super (dependent on experience)
- Duration: Contract through to June 2027
- Location: Offices in all major cities - Sydney and Melbourne preferred.
