The Prospect ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance to play a pivotal leadership role on a landmark Victorian project. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the finance, commercial, governance and project controls functions, providing strategic oversight across project development and delivery activities.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia's most significant energy infrastructure projects, working at the intersection of project finance, major infrastructure delivery, investor relations, governance and commercial performance.
You will partner with executive leadership, shareholders, lenders, government stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure the successful financial and commercial management of a complex, multi-billion-dollar project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all finance, commercial governance,
compliance and project controls activities across the project.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management and long-term financial planning.
- Manage project finance obligations, including funding arrangements, lender compliance, financial close activities and financial model oversight.
- Prepare and present Board papers, shareholder reports and strategic financial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead relationships with investors, lenders, government agencies, auditors, advisors and key project stakeholders.
About You:
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience within major infrastructure, PPP, energy, construction or other large-scale capital project environments.
- Strong expertise in project finance, including financial close, funding management, lender engagement and financing compliance.
- Demonstrated success managing large project budgets, financial performance, cost controls and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience presenting to Boards, investors, lenders and government representatives.
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification, supported by tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
