Club Marine in Melbourne is seeking a Complaints & Disputes Specialist to manage end-to-end resolutions through the Internal Dispute Resolution process, applying AFCA rules with fairness and empathy. You will investigate complex complaints, gather evidence, draft high-quality responses, and collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, Legal and Compliance to drive fair outcomes and systemic improvements.

This role requires at least 2 years in complaints or dispute resolution, solid regulatory
