Supporting a portfolio of well-maintained buildings, you’ll enjoy a supportive culture, structured systems, and an incentive program that rewards additional hours and recent business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting a portfolio of strata schemes
- Attending committee and AGM meetings (including some after-hours)
- Preparing and distributing agendas, budgets, and meeting minutes
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and insurance renewals
- Advising committees on by-laws, compliance and governance
- Managing levy recovery processes and ensuring legislative compliance
- Building strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providers
- Using your own vehicle for on-site inspections and meetings

About You:

You’ll be a confident communicator and natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced,



service-driven environment. Whether you’re already in strata or transitioning from property management or facilities administration, you’ll bring professionalism and a client-first mindset.

You will bring:

- Property, or building management
- Sound understanding of Body Corporate legislation (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strata software
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
