Sonnel Hospitality group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for the Yennora Oasis Hotel in Sydney. You will support the Venue Manager in daily operations, lead shifts, drive service standards and ensure compliant gaming obligations while delivering a memorable guest experience.

The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires starting in October or November 2026, a market-competitive salary plus super, and 25% off Food & Beverage across Sonnel venues, with ongoing leadership
