The Role As an experienced process safety professional and confident facilitator, you will lead structured Bowtie workshops that bring operational and engineering teams together.
- Focus Area: Support safer, more resilient public infrastructure, primarily across water and wastewater facilities.
- What You'll Do: Plan and facilitate workshops (incorporating HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA insights), guide multidisciplinary groups to define critical controls,
and translate sessions into clear diagrams and actionable reports.
- The Environment: Work one-on-one with clients to solve complex challenges, helping close out data gaps on aged assets with the support of our approachable team.
What We’re Looking For
- Formal qualifications in engineering, process safety, or risk management, alongside >6 years of relevant, similar experience.
- Solid group facilitation skills with a collaborative, curious, and well-organised approach.
- Sound knowledge of Bowtie methodology and contemporary risk practices (experience in water, utilities, or complex environments is a bonus).
