A leading infrastructure investment and development platform is seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to join its structured finance team. The appointment supports sustained transaction activity across infrastructure, energy and digital assets, with the team responsible for evaluating, financing and delivering complex projects across Australia.
The role will lead the development, review and maintenance of complex project finance models while supporting senior team members across the full transaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities include investment screening, business case development, risk and credit analysis, internal approvals,
multidisciplinary due diligence, bid submissions and investment papers. The successful candidate will also gain exposure to debt arranging, equity structuring, capital optimisation and transaction origination, with regular interaction across financiers, advisers, investors and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should offer a minimum of three years’ experience within infrastructure investment, project finance banking, financial advisory, renewables, utilities or an aligned funds management setting. Strong financial modelling and valuation capability is essential, including experience building or auditing complex models. Exposure to debt or equity financing processes, project finance structures and transaction execution is also required.
