As a Senior Project Manager you will play a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including:

- Managing commercial construction projects from inception to handover
- Leading site, engineering and commercial teams
- Monitoring programme, budget, quality and client expectations
- Driving subcontractor performance and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Requirements to be successful :





We are interested in speaking with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:

- Experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $10M
- 5 years experience overseeing similar projects for a main commercial builder
- Project managers with experience overseeing full projects from civils to completion
- Proven track record delivering projects safely and profitably
- Knowledge of NCC & WA standards
- As a project manager you must have overseen commercial main contractor projects in the past 5 years to be considered
