The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join an experienced and growing team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture across multiple projects.
This position offers excellent exposure to a variety of project types and the opportunity to work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure best-practice safety standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections, audits and workplace safety assessments
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety management plans
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions and training initiatives
- Investigate incidents, hazards and near misses, providing corrective actions




- Support site teams in maintaining safe work practices
- Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation
- Foster a proactive and positive safety culture across projects

About You

- Previous experience in a Health & Safety Coordinator or WHS role within construction
- Strong knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships with site teams and subcontractors
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement in workplace safety
