We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic Front Office team. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the Front Office Manager, with regular interaction with the General Manager. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the highest level of guest service, overseeing hotel operations, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and welcoming experiences throughout the property.

What You Need to Succeed as a Duty Manager
- Lead by Example: Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests, setting the standard for exceptional service.
- Ensure Positive Interactions: Take the initiative to create memorable experiences by ensuring all customer interactions are positive and productive.
- Resolve Issues with Confidence: Use your skills and training to effectively manage and resolve any guest complaints or challenges.
- Provide Leadership and Support: Offer guidance, training,
and leadership to all staff, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
- Ongoing Staff Development: Monitor employee performance during shifts, offering constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures and standards are followed.
- Assist in Peak Times: Support other departments during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and prevent any issues.
- Occupational Health and Safety: Safeguard the health, safety, and well-being of all guests, staff, and visitors, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- For the Duty Manager role: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel setting is required.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
