SR Construction is a highly reputable multi-trade construction company with over 23 years of experience in the private and public housing sector. We have established ourselves as specialists in public housing restorations, upgrade works, and new construction. We are currently looking for a Lawns, Grounds & Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

This role would suit someone with a trade or construction background who has experience supervising works on site. You do not need to have specific gardening or cleaning experience. We are looking for someone who is comfortable attending sites, coordinating subcontractors, checking completed works and making sure jobs are completed safely and to the required standard.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Oversee lawns, grounds and cleaning works across multiple sites.

- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed as scheduled.

- Attend sites and inspect works during and after completion.

- Ensure completed works meet required quality standards and client expectations.

- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, tenants and the SRC office team.





- Identify and resolve site issues as they arise.

- Complete required site documentation and reporting.

- Monitor the progress of works and follow up outstanding items.

- Assist with other site and operational duties as required.

To be successful in the position, the following attributes are required:

- Previous experience working in a trade, construction, maintenance or similar workplace.

- Experience supervising tradespeople, subcontractors or site-based works.

- Good practical knowledge and confidence working on site.

- Strong communication and people skills.

- Ability to organise and coordinate multiple jobs.

- Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach.

- A good understanding of WH&S; and site safety requirements.

- Reliable, well presented and professional.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A construction-related qualification is desirable but not essential.
