Permanent Full Time Opportunity (Part Time applications will be considered) Salary Range - $109,753 - $114,399 plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
The Role

- Identify emerging community opportunities, challenges and priorities
- Develop and deliver innovative community projects from concept to completion
- Build partnerships that leverage knowledge, resources and shared commitment
- Explore new approaches, technologies, funding opportunities and leading practices
- Support community-led initiatives through connection, knowledge sharing and capacity building
- Measure impact and translate insights into clear advice, reports and recommendations.
About You
You understand communities, connect easily with people and have the confidence to turn fresh thinking into meaningful action. You are energised by complex challenges and motivated by the opportunity to create positive, lasting outcomes.
You will bring:
- A track record of turning innovative ideas into practical initiatives across community development, sustainability, climate change, energy, circular economy or environmental management.
- The ability to build trust, form strong partnerships and bring diverse perspectives together.
- A talent for making complex issues clear, relevant and compelling.
- Curiosity, strategic thinking and the confidence to explore recent approaches.
- A strong understanding of equity, inclusion and climate resilience.
- A relevant degree or associate diploma, or an equivalent combination of specialised skills and demonstrated experience.
