Lead the team behind outback barbecues and sunset dinners under the Red Centre sky. You'll run catering for AAT Kings at Yulara, with housing provided and the kind of view most people only see on a postcard.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll supervise food and beverage across everything from casual outback barbecues to private plated dinners. You'll lead a small, close-knit catering team and work side by side with our Guides and Operations crews to keep every event on time and every guest well looked after.
This is a hands-on role in a remote location. Early starts, late finishes and weekend work are part of the rhythm. If you thrive on that, you'll love it here.
