Role Highlights:

Role Overview
Reporting into the finance leadership team, this Consolidation / Group Reporting Accountant position will take ownership of multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and management reporting across a newly established organisational structure.
You will be responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial information, group performance reporting, and management reporting while supporting the finance team through ongoing transformation and change initiatives.
Working across three separate entities and systems, you will utilise advanced Excel skills and strong technical accounting capabilities to deliver key financial insights and reporting outcomes. The role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where processes and reporting frameworks continue to evolve.
This is a hands-on position suited to a technically capable finance professional who has previously worked through ERP implementations, business separations, finance transformations, or significant organisational change programs.
Responsibilities
· Prepare multi-entity consolidations and group reporting across three entities
· Deliver management reporting and group performance reporting to finance leadership
· Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requirements
· Analyse financial information and reporting outcomes using advanced Excel
· Work across multiple finance systems and reporting platforms
· Support the transition to a new organisational structure and BAU operating model
· Assist with establishing and improving reporting processes, controls, and frameworks
· Provide financial insights and reporting support to key stakeholders
· Partner with finance leadership to deliver accurate and timely consolidated reporting
· Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvement activities
Candidate Profile
You are a technically strong accountant with proven experience in consolidations, group reporting, and management reporting within complex or multi-entity environments.
You will bring advanced Excel capability along with strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Experience working across multiple systems and legal entities is essential, as is the ability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business processes.
Candidates who have supported ERP implementations, finance transformations, organisational separations, or large-scale change initiatives will be highly regarded. You are comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of reporting deliverables, and partnering with stakeholders across different parts of the business.
Most importantly, you are adaptable, highly analytical, and capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced transformation environment.
