About the Position





As part of the Corporate Services Directorate within Customer, Communications and Engagement, the Grants and Sponsorship Officer is responsible for actively seeking out, securing, managing, coordinating, and promoting grant and sponsorship activities to assist the City in diversifying its revenue base.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate:

- Completion of Year 12 Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Experience in successfully applying for State and Federal Government grants.
- Experience in managing key relationships and collaboration to support and service sponsor needs.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing funding opportunities to assist the achievement of key projects.
- Ability to coordinate grant applications and revenue diversification, including setting outcomes and coordinating performance.
- High level of presentation and written/ verbal communication skills with demonstrated persuasive writing ability.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within set timeframes.
- Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
- Current National Police Clearance.
