Description

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts while acting as the key liaison between customers and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Conducting regular client meetings, reviews and business updates.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for operational and service-related issues.
- Managing customer on boarding and implementation activities.
- Ensuring KPI, SLA and service commitments are consistently achieved.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preparing customer presentations, business reviews and proposals.
- Collaborating closely with warehousing,



transport and customer service teams to ensure successful account delivery.
- Managing scope-of-work discussions and driving customer retention.
- Maintaining accurate account plans, forecasts and CRM updates.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven Account Management experience within logistics, 3PL, contract logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, eCommerce fulfilment or supply chain environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience managing customer relationships in operationally complex environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders including General Managers and business leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience creating customer presentations, proposals and business reviews.
- The ability to navigate service challenges while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge constructively when required.
